Vital Motiv™ is a wireless medication tracking and patient survey capability that utilizes the AT&T wireless network and MS mobile software to enable any Smartphone to track and manage complex medication and activity routines.

Medication Management for Everyone, Everywhere

• VitalMotiv™ client software on a phone allows a patient to track and manage medication schedules. The phone links to a secure website that analyzes the data sent from the phone. A “report card” is produced.
  
• The software on the phone is capable of holding multiple medication schedules, reminders, and surveys.
  
• Instructions can be defined and stored for each medication or activity.
  
• Confirmation is recorded and scored on a secure website.

Web-based Management and Analysis of Data

• A secure web-based console can load and update medication schedules, reminders, and instructions from the web to the individuals’ phone. (This can also be done for groups if the platform is used in the course of a study.)
  
• Data is captured in real-time.
  
• Secure access can be granted for doctors, patients, and providers.
  
• Can inform responsible parties of issues through direct paging interface.
