Mobile Data Tools, Inc. is based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Our company is a product of the Wake Forest University business inncubator. We have been providing survey and patient data collection services throughout the U.S. since 2003. Our innovative approach to collecting and transforming patient data into useful information will be the standard as healthcare continues to transform itself through the use of wireless and web-based tools.

We build software. Software that provides a better connection between the patient and providers. Our goal is to ultimately increase the level of care provided to the patient and give you better insight into how patients are perceiving your services and/or prescribed routinues.
